About the Client:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 2nd line support for client issues, particularly across the M365 stack (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Assist with Azure environment troubleshooting and configuration.
  • Collaborate with 3rd line support when necessary.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to service improvements.
  • Act as the escalation point for 1st line engineers.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven 2nd Line IT Support experience.
  • Expertise with M365 technologies and a solid understanding of Azure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with non-technical users.
  • A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Microsoft certifications are desirable.
