My client a goverment department are seeking a talented and motivated 365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of their 365 CRM system, ensuring it meets the needs of their organization and supports our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other internal and external systems to streamline processes and improve data flow.
- Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Dynamics 365 CRM system, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- User Training and Documentation: Create and maintain user documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of the CRM system to ensure efficient operation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a 365 CRM Developer
- Technical Skills: Experience in customizations, configurations, plug-ins, workflows, JavaScript, and C#.NET.
- Integration Knowledge: Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other applications using REST APIs, web services, and other integration tools.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Qualifications
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect or other relevant certifications.
- Experience: Previous experience working in the public sector or for a government agency.
