Business Analyst - Business Change
Location: Devon (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
My client, a well-established organisation, is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Business Change team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to analyse, document, and implement business and technology change projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Map and optimise business processes for greater efficiency.
- Assess the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes, and regulations.
- Support change implementation, testing, and post-implementation reviews.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Essential:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to manage workload independently and support colleagues.
Desirable:
- Experience in financial services, equity release, or a regulated industry.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Experience in operational or digital transformation projects.
