IT Business Analyst
Job Title: IT Business Analyst
Salary: £45,000 - 55,000 DOE
Location: Remote
We require 2 IT Business Analysts to oversee work through to a rapidly growing customer of ours on a remote basis. You would ideally have the ability to coach other members of the team, be outcome driven and have a methodical approach to business analysis. In this role you would work closely with various internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
Key accountabilities.
- Be integral in planning, estimation and coordination of technical roadmaps.
- Identification and escalations of risks and issues.
- Develop project plans for internal and external use in collaboration with project managers
- Stakeholder management / engagement
- Creation of artifacts e.g. story maps, user stories etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Document requirements utilising Agile Mechanisms e.g. Epics, Themes & Stories
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship management experience
- Fantastic communication skills
- Strong understanding of the IT including CRM
- Exporsure to DevOps / DevSecOps Principals
- Good experience with Agile and Lean practices
- People Management - remote teams
- Experience with implementing new ways of working to established teams.
