Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional looking to make an impact in the public sector? One of our clients have asked us to recruit a Business Development Executive to drive the growth of their enterprise software solutions across government agencies, local authorities, and public sector organisations.
This engagement will initially be a six month day rate contract, with a view to move into a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with public sector organisations to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Stay informed on public sector procurement processes and industry trends.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling software or technology solutions.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
