Our client, a leading organization undergoing a D365 deployment, is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst to support process optimization and ensure seamless system adoption. This role is critical in aligning business workflows with D365 capabilities to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and enhancing key business processes that will be supported by D365. This is an exciting opportunity to engage with stakeholders, map out workflows, and support change management initiatives to ensure a successful transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Mapping & Optimization - Document current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized workflows within D365.
Business Requirements (BRD) - Gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the system implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement - Conduct interviews and workshops with key business users (e.g., operations, service management, finance) to understand challenges and future requirements.
Change Management & Training - Develop process documentation, SOPs, and training materials to support business-wide adoption.
Process Performance & Automation - Define KPIs to measure process effectiveness post-implementation and identify automation opportunities.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Work closely with technical teams and end users to validate business process functionality within D365.

What We're Looking For:

Business Process Analysis Expertise - Proven experience in process mapping, optimization, and stakeholder collaboration.
D365 / ERP Experience - Prior involvement in D365 or similar ERP deployments.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to assess business needs and translate them into structured, efficient workflows.
Change Management & Training - Experience guiding teams through process changes and developing supporting documentation.
Strong Communication Skills - Confident in engaging with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
