Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Project Manager with a strong background in Customer Engagement (CE) to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering successful Dynamics 365 projects, specifically in the CE space, while driving key business outcomes and ensuring seamless communication across cross-functional teams. This is a permanent full-time role that offers the opportunity to work on exciting and impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Dynamics 365 CE Implementations: Oversee and manage end-to-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and clients, to define project goals, deliverables, and requirements. Provide regular project updates and status reports.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and potential issues early, developing mitigation strategies to address them and keeping stakeholders informed of any potential impacts.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure the project is adequately resourced, including managing teams, coordinating skillsets, and ensuring that all project requirements are met.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure the efficient use of resources while maintaining project profitability.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of the implementation, testing, and delivery process. Lead and collaborate with testing teams for effective UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Change Management: Drive successful change management practices to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruptions during the implementation of new systems.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and lessons learned after project completion to continually improve project delivery methodologies and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementations.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM), Dynamics 365 CE, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service). Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficient in Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, with experience in delivering complex software implementations.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, and managing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems in high-pressure situations.
  • Tools: Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
