Job Title: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

About the Role:
My client is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resource Management System (HRMS) modules.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fully remote position within the UK, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that drive business success.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience, a proven track record of completing at least three full project life cycles, and experience in post-implementation support. Familiarity with Microsoft's "Success by Design" framework or similar is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client needs.
Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure seamless adoption.
Provide ongoing support and optimization post-implementation.
Ensure solutions align with Microsoft's "Success by Design" framework.
Offer post-operational phase support, including troubleshooting, system optimization, and user assistance.
Qualifications & Experience:
3-5 years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
Proven completion of at least three full project life cycles.
Strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, and HRMS modules.
Deep understanding of Microsoft's "Success by Design" framework.
Experience providing post-operational phase support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
