Tank recruitment has been tasked to source an Electrical Engineer on a hybrid role in Bristol, this is a contract position for 6 months+.
Role Overview
Working on electrical projects on behalf of the Company, involving projects ranging from LV through to 132kV. The role will involve working as part of a team to Review Distribution Network Operator (DNO) Contestable Connection Offers and completing designs that conform to the relevant DNO policies, British and IEC standards. You will also be required to assist in the design of various types of energy projects on customer private networks, principally Solar Farms and Battery Energy Storage facilities, however the customer private network could be for any purpose, whether this be a generation plant or a demand/load connection.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Experience in Contracting/Consulting or working with IDNO's, DNO's or ICP's.
- HV/EHV experience.
- Working to BSEN, IEC ,IEEE & CENELEC Sta
