Tank Recriutment are working with a forward-thinking electrical contractor on a high-impact contract role for an Electrical Site Manager based in Ellesmere Port. This is an initial 4-month contract, with an immediate start required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organise a team of 7 Site Supervisors
- Oversee and drive productivity across a workforce of 100 electricians
- Attend and manage tough client meetings, take feedback, and provide progress updates
- Keep projects on track and lead turnaround on a high-pressure, chaotic site
- Motivate and support teams while keeping standards high under stress
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of turning around challenging projects
- Background in Energy from Waste (EfW) stations
- Time-served Electrician with strong leadership and delegation skills
- Thick-skinned and resilient under pressure - client meetings are brutally honest
- Not a hands-on role - more about leadership, planning, and conflict resolution
