About the Role:
In this role, you will:
- Lead the front-end development strategy and architecture, collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
- Develop high-performance user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and architectural guidance.
- Work alongside product managers and UX/UI designers to deliver seamless, user-friendly
- Champion best practices such as TDD, clean coding, and modern front-end methodologies.
- Promote a DevSecOps culture, ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of high-quality features.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and engineering excellence.
Essential Skills:
- Has a proven track record leading teams and delivering successful front-end projects.
- Brings extensive commercial experience in React, TypeScript, and JavaScript, with hands-on deployment in Azure.
- Has deep expertise in modern front-end architecture and performance optimization.
- Can solve complex technical challenges and deliver strategic, scalable solutions.
- Has a strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Is passionate about DevSecOps, security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Has experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Bonus: Familiarity with C# and .NET 8 for backend development.
