Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Platform Engineer to take ownership of cloud platform strategy and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver the strategy and architecture for a cloud-based platform.
- Design and maintain automated, secure, and scalable infrastructure using Azure technologies.
- Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to establish platform standards.
- Lead by example with hands-on involvement in coding, IaC, and DevOps pipelines.
- Guide and mentor team members, supporting their professional development.
- Ensure the platform is robust, secure, and capable of meeting scaling demands.
- Identify and adopt new technologies to drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working with Azure, including complex network architectures.
- Expertise in infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Bicep and Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD practices and cloud security best practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools within cloud environments.
- Bonus: Familiarity with languages like Node.js, TypeScript, or C#/.NET.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work collaboratively across teams.
