Job Description:
Tank is recruiting on behalf of a leading client in the marine industry for an experienced Pipefitter / Industrial Plumber to join their team in Falmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to work on high-quality marine projects in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining pipe systems on marine vessels and associated structures.
- Working with stainless steel, Copper or Mapress and other industrial materials to fabricate and fit pipework.
- Ensuring all work meets industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with engineers, welders, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an industrial pipefitter/plumber
- Strong knowledge of pipefitting techniques, materials, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work with stainless steel or Copper or Mapress
- Relevant industry qualifications and certifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are desirable.
