Tank have been exclusively engaged to recruit a Programme Manager with significant experience in end to end SaaS implementations. This role is for a global technology vendor, working in a client facing role.
This role has been deemed outside IR35.
A large amount of your time will be required to be onsite in UAE.
Your experience will show successfully completed programmes of SaaS implementations in Blue Chip organisations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Delivery of large and complex end to end ITSM implementations
- Management of onshore and offshore resource
- Developing key relationships with your internal team and your customer
Experience required:
- Significant demonstrable experience in large scale SaaS implementations
- Significant demonstrable experience in end to end ITSM implementations
- Experience working in the Gulf Region advantageous
- Demonstrated experience working in client facing programme roles for either consultancy or Vendor
- Demonstrable experience managing multi £million programmes
- International/Global programme experience
- Ability to cut through the fluff and get to the core of any issue
