Tank recruitment has been tasked to source a Responsive Repairs Manager on a role based in Northamptonshire, this is a contract position for initially 3 months.
Interim Responsive Repairs Manager with specific expertise required in high volume housing repairs within the housing sector.
Key skills / experience required
- Proven experience of Health and Safety involving property maintenance and minor works projects including holding a relevant H&S qualification IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
- CSCS card holder to a relevant manager grade
- Full valid Driving Licence
- Proven track record managing high volume residential repairs and property maintenance contracts delivering excellent KPI results
- Health/Safety/Environmental legislation and regulations affecting property maintenance
- Disrepair, Damp Mould Condensation knowledge/experience will be advantageous

Requirements 4 days minimum in Office/on site as required, 1 day working from home
Standard 37hrs per week
For the right candidate there may be an option to convert to permanent if of interest
