Senior Change Manager - Permanent
On behalf of a key client we are resourcing for a Senior Change Manager, this is a permanent hybrid role.
Our client is renewing its technology stack. The migration of data from legacy systems to newly implemented products will begin with the implementation of a PIM followed closely by an ERP solution.
My client is looking for a Business Change Manager with a deep experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and change associated with implementing other off the shelf system solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing significant change initiatives related to the implementation, optimization, and upgrade of ERP systems across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive ERP and other solution adoption across all business markets using effective change management techniques.
- Assess the organization's readiness for change and identify key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
- Create comprehensive change management plans for projects or change initiatives, addressing analysis, planning, implementation, communication, and other related considerations.
- Design and refine change management processes and tools that support integration and foster engagement with change management principles.
- Conduct impact analyses and evaluate the actual outcomes of changes to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Analyze and prepare risk mitigation strategies and processes to address potential issues during change initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to seamlessly integrate change management activities into existing project plans.
- Oversee the input and output of change management reporting systems for various projects.
- Capture and define key data, establishing measurable success metrics for change initiatives.
- Provide consultation and advice to project teams on effective change management practices.
- Identify opportunities to build resilience to change across the organization and advise on best practices for supporting organizational transformation.
- Monitor change initiatives across the business, coordinating with other change leaders to integrate activities and address potential risk areas.
Project Planning & Management:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans for business change activities, encompassing timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential obstacles and implementing corrective actions to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide regular status updates to senior management and key project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Professional certifications in change management and project management (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, PMP) are highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in business change management, either in a multinational organization or a consulting role.
- Proven experience managing large-scale change initiatives within ERP programs.
- Strong background in managing third-party Systems Integrators (SIs) and software vendors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
