Job Title: Project Manager - Subsea Cable Projects
Location: United Kingdom (with potential for global assignments)

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee renewable and inter-island subsea cable installation projects within our Subsea Services department. The successful candidate will coordinate project-related tasks, provide technical expertise, and lead a diverse team of sub-contractors and operational staff. Opportunities may also arise to work on other offshore construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project scopes for major offshore and onshore subsea cable projects.
- Lead project teams, including Project Engineers and sub-contractors.
- Provide engineering input from initial assessment through to technical and economic feasibility.
- Prepare and review technical and non-technical reports, including specifications, proposals, and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and archaeological regulations.
- Attend client and site visits as required.
- Participate in vessel mobilisations and various site operations, including offshore team activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Marine, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental).
- Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Hands-on approach with a professional attitude towards health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Willingness to work offshore for periods as part of the offshore team.
